Why is a straight umbrella more expensive than a folding one?+
More material, more panels and a solid handle. A 16-rib straight canopy uses roughly twice the fabric and frame components of a folding umbrella, and the handle is a machined part rather than a moulded one. The result is a product that carries a higher retail price for your client.
Can I match the handle to my brand?+
Stock handles come in wood, leather, EVA and rubber, and stock colours can be selected without tooling cost. A fully custom handle profile requires a mould, which starts at the custom tooling option — 10,000 pcs — and carries a 2–3 month window from drawing approval.
Are straight umbrellas made in your own factory?+
We manufacture golf, straight and folding umbrellas in our own factory. Our team manages production, inspection and order shipment.
How many straight umbrellas fit in a container?+
Packing details and container loading are confirmed for your selected model, quantity and packaging in the quotation.
Can the canopy carry a full-colour print?+
Yes, from 300 pcs. The 16-rib canopy has narrower panels than an 8-rib build, so fine detail has less room — we review the artwork before plates are made and tell you if anything will not survive the print.
