It has to survive the weather

Fibreglass frames over steel, denser canopy fabric and a handle that does not crack when wet. Hotel umbrellas live outdoors in a stand, not folded in a bag.

It has to match the interior

Entrance umbrellas are part of the arrival experience. We match to a Pantone reference or to a fabric swatch supplied from your interior spec, and confirm the tolerance before production.

Replacement has to be easy

Ask about current stock and replenishment for your selected model. Colours and available quantities are confirmed when you reorder.

Storage matters as much as the umbrella

A lobby stand holds a fixed canopy size and handle shape. Choose the model first, then size the stand to it — not the other way around.

Placing a hotel order

What the project needs

Stock colours depend on availability. Custom dyeing starts from 3,000 pcs, with an approved fabric swatch and an agreed colour tolerance.

Quantity and split. Hotel orders often split across entrance, concierge and in-room. Different locations tolerate different builds — a large jumbo at the entrance, compact models in rooms.

Branding level. Many hospitality clients want the mark small and low on one panel rather than across the canopy. Send the placement intention with the artwork and we will confirm the panel layout.

Replacement plan. Tell us the colours you run so we can confirm which are held in core stock and which would need a production run if you reorder mid-season.

Sampling and repeat orders

At logo printing we send a near-colour stock umbrella with your mark, so canopy weight, handle feel and the print placement can be assessed at the entrance before the run.

Where a dyed colour is required, a fabric swatch confirms colour separately from construction — approved in writing before production.

Which build is most durable for an entrance?+
Fibreglass frames over steel, and denser canopy fabric. Fibreglass flexes rather than kinking, which is the failure that ends an entrance umbrella's life. The 30" double canopy is the most wind-tolerant of our stock builds.
Can you match our interior colour?+
Stock colours depend on availability. Custom dyeing starts from 3,000 pcs, with an approved fabric swatch and an agreed colour tolerance.
Can we reorder the same colour next season?+
That is the point of choosing from the core builds — colours held in core stock can be reordered at the 24 pc minimum, and we confirm current stock and restock timing by email before you commit.
Do you supply lobby stands?+
Stands are not our line, but choose the umbrella model first — canopy size and handle shape determine what a stand will hold, not the other way round. We will give you the dimensions you need to specify one.
How many umbrellas should a hotel hold?+
It depends on room count and how many entrances you cover, and hotels typically order a buffer against loss. Tell us the property size and we will suggest a quantity split across entrance, concierge and in-room use.
