Wholesale ordering questions
Can I check a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. The sample type depends on the model and customization. A stock umbrella can help you review construction; printed samples and colour swatches confirm different parts of a custom order. Sample fees, shipping and any credit toward a bulk order are confirmed in your quotation.
Can I combine models or colours in one order?+
Send the quantity you need for each model and colour. We will confirm availability, the applicable minimums and whether your selected items can be packed together.
What if I have a fixed event or delivery date?+
Share the required arrival date and destination in your first enquiry. We check stock or production timing and transit separately before confirming a schedule.
