Can I mix colours and models in one order?+
Minimum quantities depend on the model and customization. The quotation confirms the applicable minimum and whether models, colours or designs can be combined.
How are sample fees charged, and are they refunded?+
Sample fees, shipping costs and any credit toward a bulk order are confirmed in your quotation.
When does the lead time start?+
The quotation states the production start conditions, including deposit, artwork and any required sample approval. Transit time is confirmed separately.
How long does a bulk order take in total?+
We confirm sample preparation, production and transit times separately, based on your model, customization and delivery destination.
What shipping and payment options are there?+
FOB from our factory, with container, air and courier options — DDP and door-to-door on request, and FBA packing when you need it. Payment is T/T, deposit to start and balance before shipment.
What if the bulk order doesn't match the sample?+
Every order is checked against the pre-production sample you approved. If something doesn't match, we put it right — full dispute terms are on the customization page.
