Placing a gift order

What the project needs

Brand colour. Send the Pantone reference, not a hex code from a screen. We match to the reference and confirm the tolerance in writing. Below 3,000 pcs we match as closely as the stock palette allows and tell you the difference in advance. How colour matching works.

Print placement. Decide whether the mark sits on one panel, three panels or across the canopy. Each model's artwork template shows the printable area — request them here.

Packaging. Sleeve, box or rigid case, and whether the interior is branded. Each option has its own minimum and press lead time, and boxing adds packing time to the shipment.

The date. Gift orders cluster around year-end and events, when the factory queue is longest. Tell us the delivery date at the enquiry stage so we confirm it rather than hope for it.

At logo printing we send a near-colour stock umbrella with your print, so the handle, canopy weight and print quality can all be assessed in the hand before the run.

We work from your colour reference and confirm an agreed tolerance. Stock colours depend on availability; custom dyeing uses an approved fabric swatch and has a separate minimum.
