Closed length matters more in this category than in any other, because a straight umbrella does not fold down. That number drives both the shipping carton and the way the product presents on a shelf.
Closed length is measured with the tip cup fitted. A handle substitution changes it slightly — if the carton size is critical to your freight calculation, confirm the final figure with your quote.
16-panel canopy & wooden handle

A narrower panel, and how to design for it
Sixteen panels at 22 × 18 cm each. A compact logo prints beautifully here; a wide horizontal lockup does not. If your artwork is wide, we will show you a layout with the mark split across two adjacent panels and centred on the seam, which reads as a single image when the canopy is open.
Handle marking is a separate process from canopy print. Laser engraving on wood is the usual choice for a corporate order because it does not wear off, and it is quoted separately from the canopy print.
Screen print and heat transfer both work on 190T polyester. The method follows the colour count and the run length.
Printable area
22 × 18 cm / 8.7 × 7.1 in per panel across sixteen panels. Handle engraving area is confirmed with the handle specification.
AI, EPS or vector PDF with outlined text is preferred. Send other formats for review. Request the panel template for your selected model before preparing final artwork.
