Is everything on the site available right now?+
No, and we will not imply otherwise. Core stock is held through the year, seasonal lines are brought in ahead of the season, and colours are occasionally restocked. We confirm availability per colour in writing before an order is accepted.
How fast can a stock order ship?+
Core stock ships once the order and availability are confirmed. Where a colour needs restocking, we give you the expected date before you commit rather than after.
Can I mix models and colours in one order?+
Minimum quantities depend on the model and customization. The quotation confirms the applicable minimum and whether models, colours or designs can be combined.
Can stock umbrellas be printed with our logo?+
Yes — that moves the order into logo printing at a 100 pc minimum, with a 3–7 day sample ahead of the run. Stock umbrellas are supplied plain at 24 pcs.
How often is the stock list updated?+
Core stock is checked on a fixed cycle, and every enquiry is answered against current levels rather than the last published list. That is why we ask you to request the list instead of downloading a static file.
