Minimum order quantities
Compare customization options and their starting quantities. The applicable minimum depends on the model and requirements of your order.
Standard packaging is confirmed by model. Branded sleeves, gift boxes and cases are quoted separately, with their own minimum quantities and lead times.
The complete chart, including lead times and sampling rules, lives on the customization page. We keep one full version on the site on purpose — numbers copied onto five pages is how a supplier ends up quoting two different minimums in the same week.
Samples & approval
Samples help you confirm the construction, print and colour before production. The sample type depends on your customization.
A dyed fabric swatch confirms colour; a near-colour umbrella confirms construction and print. Both are approved before production. Sample fees, shipping costs and any credit toward a bulk order are confirmed in your quotation.
Capacity and lead time
Our own factory supports wholesale orders. We confirm the production schedule for your selected models and quantity.

Blind shipping
Your client should not be able to find us. Four things we handle:
- Cartons — no factory or China-origin markings, only your shipping marks.
- Labels — your labels applied to cartons and hang tags.
- Documents — packing list and invoice issued under your letterhead.
- Shipper details — bill of lading and courier paperwork adjusted to your entity.
If something goes wrong
You are the one who has to face your client, so this section matters more than anything above it.
Where bulk differs from the approved sample, that difference is ours to fix — not yours to absorb.
