The date rules everything
We confirm sample preparation, production and transit times separately, based on your model, customization and delivery destination.
Colour has to be right on the day
Team and event colours are matched against a Pantone reference, not a screen value. Where the colour is not in the stock palette, custom dyeing starts at 3,000 pcs — plan for that in the schedule.
Spectators and officials need different builds
A wide golf canopy shelters a group on an open terrace; folding models suit staff moving between points. Many orders split across two builds rather than buying one model for everyone.
Order the contingency
Event umbrellas are handed out, lost and damaged. Buy a buffer above the expected attendance, and take the buffer from the same production run so the colours match.

All three are stock configurations with existing tooling, which is what makes a short-notice order realistic.
What the project needs
The date, first. Everything else is scheduled around it. Tell us the event date and the delivery point in your opening message, and we will say plainly whether the date is achievable before you spend time on artwork.
We work from your colour reference and confirm an agreed tolerance. Stock colours depend on availability; custom dyeing uses an approved fabric swatch and has a separate minimum.
Print scope. A single mark on one panel is the fastest and cheapest route. Full-canopy print in team colours needs 300 pcs and a plate stage, so it must be scheduled earlier — printing methods.
Tell us the quantities required for spectators, staff and hospitality, including any spare units. Colour is checked against the approved reference and agreed tolerance.
Short-notice orders
Where the schedule is tight, the fastest route is a stock model in a near colour with a single-panel print — no dyeing, no full-canopy plate stage.
If the exact team colour is essential and the date is fixed, tell us both at once. It is better to know on day one which of the two has to move than to discover it in week five.
