Coverage

• Logo print. Your mark on one or more panels — from 100 pcs.
• Full-canopy print. An all-over design across the panels — from 300 pcs; on dyed fabric it follows the 3,000 pc dyeing minimum.

Print process

The process is set by your artwork and quantity, not chosen up front — we match screen, heat-transfer or digital print to your file so colour count and detail come out right.

What we need from the file

• Vector, not raster. AI, EPS or PDF with text converted to outlines.
• Colours named against Pantone. A CMYK build alone gives us nothing firm to aim at.
• Built to the panel template. Templates are sent on request — choose "Request artwork templates" in the form.

We review artwork before plates are made and tell you if anything will not survive the print — no charge. We do not print licensed sports, car or character marks without proof of your licence.

Two paths

• Stock palette. Most references land close to a fabric we already hold. We tell you how close, and the difference, before you commit — no dye cost.
• Custom dyeing. From 3,000 pcs. You receive a dyed fabric swatch for approval; production starts only after the colour is confirmed in writing.

Fabric is dyed in full rolls, so a single umbrella cannot be dyed to order — the swatch confirms colour, a near-colour stock umbrella confirms build, both in writing. The tolerance is agreed before production, not argued after.

Stock handles

Wood, stitched leather, EVA foam and rubber grips already exist — chosen with no tooling cost, at standard applicable minimums and lead time.

Custom tooling

• From a drawing or reference. The more precise the input, the fewer trial rounds.
• Starts at 10,000 pcs. Mould cost is a one-off, quoted with your project; ownership is stated in the contract before the tool is cut.
• Allow 2–3 months from final approval to mass production — revision rounds are the main variable.

Options

Why packaging minimums differ

Standard packaging is confirmed by model. Branded sleeves, gift boxes and cases are quoted separately, with their own minimum quantities and lead times.

Printed packaging minimums are per colour and per design, confirmed on your quotation. Hang tags carry a second print and a separate minimum; the amortised cost is reported inside your unit price.
