The 30-inch figure is the canopy arc size the trade uses to name this build; the measured open diameter is 132 cm / 52 in. If a quotation gives you one number without the other, ask which one it is — the two are not interchangeable.

Logo placement on a double canopy
A two-tier canopy is printed as separate panels, and the upper tier is printed before assembly. The printable area per panel is 32 × 20 cm, and because the canopy is wide, a single-colour logo reads further on this build than on any folding model we make.
The centre seam of each panel is a hard boundary. Artwork that crosses a seam will be split across two panels, and on a vented canopy the split lands where the tiers meet. Send the artwork and we return a layout showing exactly where the break falls before anything is printed.
Screen printing, heat transfer and full-canopy dye-sublimation are all available on this model. The method is chosen by how many colours the artwork carries and how many pieces you are running — not by preference.
Printable area
32 × 20 cm / 12.6 × 7.9 in per panel, on either tier. The lower tier is the panel most buyers print, because it is the one at the carrier's eye level.
AI, EPS or vector PDF with outlined text is preferred. Send other formats for review. Request the panel template for your selected model before preparing final artwork.
Made in our own factory
We manufacture golf, straight and folding umbrellas in our own factory. Our team manages production, inspection and order shipment.
