Our factory was established in 2011. Production capacity and the schedule for your order are confirmed separately, based on the selected models and current workload.

Quality control & available reports
Inspection is not a final step. Each stage catches a different class defect, and the last one exists to make sure the first two did their job.
- Incoming material inspection
Fabric weight and coating, frame and fibreglass-rib dimensions sampled against the confirmed spec before anything is cut.
- In-production inspection
Stitching, frame assembly and the opening mechanism checked while the run is live, so a fault is corrected within the batch rather than after it.
- Pre-shipment inspection
AQL sampling against the approved pre-production sample. Opening function, rib count, print position, colour, water resistance and packing integrity, with photographs kept on file per order.
The check we single out: rib count
Compare the specifications for your selected model. We confirm the frame, canopy and packing details with the quotation.
Packing & shipping information
Buyers need container loadings to calculate landed cost, and almost no supplier publishes them. We do, per model and per packing configuration, because it is our own packing data — not an estimate borrowed from a catalogue.
Loading figures are confirmed against the specific model and packing option at quotation. Per-model numbers appear on each category page.
Reports are order-specific
A test report covers the build it was performed on. If the canopy, the coating or the frame changes, the report does not carry over. Ask for the document that matches the order you are placing, not a general one.
Records covering other customers are redacted before they leave us. Ask for a specific document →
Compliance requirements are market-specific. Tell us the destination market with your enquiry and we will confirm in writing what we can support and what we cannot — rather than leave you to interpret a claim on a page.
Ask us a technical question
Rib construction, fabric density, wind testing, print tolerances — send the question and we answer it directly, whether or not it leads to an order.
